Domwe Island comes to the party! [go back]

"I think it is fair to say that Domwe was the highlight of our trip to Malawi. We had the most wonderful, relaxing and magical time there, watching the dug-outs go out fishing every morning, and then wakening to hear them coming back the next morning, full of song and always happy to respond to our happy waving. The magical sight of the boats at night, using their lights to fish ................ the wonderful beach with its colourful fish and blissfully warm water ......... and Joseph and Austin, who were fantastic hosts and made us feel so welcome. We were so fortunate to have the Island to ourselves - without a doubt we will book again if we should ever return to your beautiful country. The memory of our wonderful stay there will be with me forever and we think of it often." |
